Wednesday, July 1, 2026 will be an Advance Weather Alert Day due to extreme heat.

Air temperatures in the low to upper 30s are expected, with Humidex values in low to upper 40s.

Never leave children or pets inside a parked car, as it can be fatal and vehicles heat up quickly.

Stay hydrated and take frequent breaks if you are working outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling strenuous activities.

Advance Weather Alert Days are expected to continue through the weekend, which is when the heat and humidity is expected to subside.
